Verification on-site and appointment of Verifiers / Groups of Verifiers on-site for actions of the State Aid Action of the SA "Modernization of Fuel Stations"

On-the-spot verifications of the State Aid Action of the SA "Modernization of the Gas Fuel Stations", which are given in the "Operational Table of the State Aid Action of the Company SA:" Modernization of the Petrol Fuel Stations ", for verification ".

 More specifically, within the framework of the above project, the following will be audited:

• The accuracy of the information provided by the Beneficiary about the physical and economic progress of the operation.
• Implementation of the physical object of the transaction (proposal of each Beneficiary), in accordance with the terms of the respective legal commitment or decision to grant aid.
• That the declared expenditure is real, corresponds to a materialized object and it is documented that there is a sufficient audit trail.
• The realization of the expenses mentioned in the Verification - Certification of
• Completion of the Application and their eligibility based on the original documents and other supporting documents and documentation.
• Compliance with national and Community rules, including rules
• Publicity. The work of the Auditors of each on-site Verification Group is completed by the preparation of an on-site verification report and its submission to the IS AE.
   

The number of on-site verification checkpoints may not be less than two (2) per on-site verification. The on-site verifications of this Decision will be carried out in the interim period from 06-03-2017 to 15-03-2017. Affiliates and Beneficiaries will be informed of this in writing or by electronic communication (e-mail with acknowledgment of receipt) by the Company's Head of Action.

The deadline for completion of each on-site verification audit shall be eight (8) business days per Request for Verification - Certification of Expenditure or Verification Request - Certificate of Completion from the date of the on-site verification.
